How do I book a course?

Simply browse our Course & Online Shop and choose which location you wish to attend. Then, select the category for the course you're interested in and finally pick a course. You will be shown the dates the course is running - simply choose which one you would like to attend and click the Add to Cart button. Add any further courses or product, and go to the Checkout.

The checkout asks me to log in, but I don't have an account?

If you have booked or purchased from us in the past, you would have been given the option to create an account, or checkout as a Guest (as of late 2013). If you have created an account, log in so you do not have to enter your personal information again. As of May 2014, we removed this feature to simplify the checkout process, however, if you have an account you may continue to use it to pre-fill certain information and speed up the checkout process - to do this, log in via the link at the top-right of every page.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal handle our payment processing on this website, and accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, Solo, PayPal balances and payment from your bank account if you have set up a Direct Debit with them.

Is your website secure? I don't see the padlock...

This is not a secure website, but we transfer you to PayPal to deal with taking the payment for your booking or order, which is fully secure and trusted. Rest assured, when it comes to entering your card details, you will be on a secure website.

I would like to cancel my course, what do I need to do?

We're sorry you want to cancel a booking that you have made. All bookings are made subject to our Terms & Conditions which detail how we handle course cancellations and refunds. Please click here for more information.


We'll let you know if you need to bring anything to your chosen course on the course's page on our website at the time booking, and when we send you pre-join information.

They're a great gift, as it allows the person you give it to the choice of any course or products on our website. It doesn't have to be used all at once either, and as long as it's used once every two years, the balance will stay on the card. Give a great gift today!

I'm a total beginner, what's best for me?

We're all about teaching, so welcome beginners on most of our courses. Some of our courses need a little prior knowledge, and where that's the case, it make it very clear on the course information page. We've selected a range of courses that are suitable for beginners, which you can find here

Do I have to book and pay online?

We'd strongly recommend making your booking or purchase online - it's quick, easy, safe and secure. If you'd not happy though, and feel better with paper and cheques, you can download our Booking Form and send it to us in the post. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the form, which is free.
